La ludothèque de poche à prix libre !

The equipment

With generic, minimalist components, the Gamelib Pocket is made up of 100 game elements (cards, dice, cubes…).

Free price

Gamelib Pocket is offered at free price: in other words, it’s up to you to define the price you want to pay for it.

The concept

Gamelib Pocket is a real board game library that fits in your pocket! It lets you play a multitude of different board games, both traditional andoriginal, and stimulates the creation of new games!

Weekly distribution of content

Every week for a full year (Nov. 2024 to Oct. 2025), a new traditional game rule is posted on our website.

Ecological and accessible

Game rules are available in PDF format for free download from our website. Filter them according to your needs and desires!

Real editorial work

The rules are written, proofread, formatted and translated by humans in French, English, Spanish and German.

Monthly content distribution

Every month for a full year (Nov. 2024 to Oct. 2025), a new original game rule, created by Léandre Proust, is posted on our site.

Practical and minimalist

With its compact dimensions, Gamelib Pocket is easy to carry. It’s ideal for playing on the move, while traveling or on vacation.

Creating and sharing

Want to share with the rest of the community a game you’ve created that’s compatible with Gamelib Pocket components? We’d love to hear from you!

Who we are

Gamelib Pocket was developed by Grammes Edition.
under the impetus of Léandre Proust.

GRAMS EDITION

Grammes Édition is a French publishing house founded in 2020 by Léandre Proust and Adeline Deslais. Both trained as toy librarians, they have been working in the board game industry for over 14 years. Today, they focus on developing innovative projects such as the Philimag magazine, the Clash of Decks game, the Acrylogic mobile app and the Gamelib Pocket.

The project leader

“My name is Léandre Proust, and I’m a French games author and publisher. A compulsive experimenter, I only develop projects that are close to my heart, often atypical and seemingly impossible to realize at first glance. Accessibility, minimalism and gratuity are values I hold dear and which are omnipresent in my editorial projects.”

We would like to thank the talented people with whom we had the chance to work on Gamelib Pocket:

Hervine Galliou is artistic director and illustrator,
Clément Proust for graphic design and website creation,
Siegfried Würtz to write the rules in French,
Albin Chevrel to translate the rules into English,
Itzel Velazquez to translate the rules into Spanish,
Bojan Hrnkas for the German translation.

We would also like to sincerely thank the 2,414 contributors who supported the Gamelib Pocket edition on Kickstarter.
